ProBrew is dedicated to providing customized solutions for all of our brewery partners. This project, created in partnership with Narragansett Brewing, focuses on the storied past of the brewery, how ProBrew worked with them to provide customized cellar and fermentation tanks, and how this partnership looks to expand in the future.
The ProFill Can lines are state-of-the-art, high-speed, mechanically controlled can filling systems designed around proven European True Counter-Pressure-Gravity filling technology and can seaming technology. Easy changeover between 12oz, 16oz and other can sizes offers brewers a wide range of flexibility, while the true, continuous motion rotary seaming system delivers more consistent seaming performance, and smoother can transfer. VFD controlled drive system allows the ProFill Can filler to speed up and slow down to meet line demand, changing filling speeds from 100 CPM (cans per minute) on 12oz cans to 300 CPM. Integrated, under-cover gassing virtually eliminates oxygen pickup, maintaining industry leading O2 pickup levels of ≤ 30ppb (parts per billion).
