ProFill Can Filler at Central Waters Brewery
The ProFill Can lines are state-of-the-art, high-speed, mechanically controlled can filling systems designed around proven European True Counter-Pressure-Gravity filling technology and can seaming technology. Easy changeover between 12oz, 16oz, and other can sizes offers brewers a wide range of flexibility, while the true, continuous motion rotary seaming system delivers more consistent seaming performance and smoother can transfer. The VFD controlled drive system allows the ProFill Can filler to speed up and slow down to meet line demand, changing filling speeds from 100 CPM (cans per minute) on 12oz cans to 300 CPM. Integrated, under-cover gassing virtually eliminates oxygen pickup, maintaining industry-leading O2 pickup levels of 30ppb (parts per billion).
The ProFill Can lines also incorporate a sophisticated electronic HMI interface for recipe-based changeovers, leading to shortened changeover times and increased production capability. This system ensures precise and consistent filling volumes across multiple can sizes for various beverages and liquids. Additionally, the ProFill Can lines feature embedded AI digital filling technology for continuous monitoring and optimization of each filling valves performance, reducing the need for manual intervention. The integration with TechniBlend process systems, known for blending, carbonation, deaeration, and flash pasteurization, further enhances the overall efficiency and performance of the ProFill Can filling systems.
